Nicole is the founder and CEO of PeopleVoyage LLC, a leading consulting firm focused on communication and organizational development in private and public organizations. Nicole currently writes, produces and hosts The Human Capital Report, a show discussing critically important people-related issues facing organizations today.

Nicole works with a variety of organizations including investment banks, consumer products companies, professional service firms, and non-profit organizations to design and implement successful business solutions.

Nicole is a specialist in organizational development issues pertaining to retention, employee morale, assessment and development. Additionally, as a professional coach, she works with individuals and teams to help maximize performance for enhanced productivity.

Background

Prior to founding PeopleVoyage, Nicole was the Vice President of Learning and Development for the Global Technology Division of Goldman Sachs & Co. Prior to her management tenure at Goldman Sachs, Nicole practiced law at the internationally recognized firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), and Rosenman & Colin.

Nicole has a unique appreciation for the application of leadership and management principles to the business realities of corporate and law firm environments. Nicole has also taught and lectured on leadership & management at The University of Michigan Business School and other universities and has been an Adjunct Professor at the Hildebrandt Institute.

Nicole has a B.S. from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, received the 1987 Harry S. Truman Presidential Scholarship in Public Policy, obtained her J.D. from New York University School of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993.
